We deliver solutions.
Alley- Cassetty Trucking is an innovative and dynamic logistics company that is setting a new industry standard, a brokerage team dedicated specifically to the masonry supply industry. Over the past several decades, Alley-Cassetty has built a vast network of trucking companies and we have harnessed these relationships to launch this new freight brokerage service. Currently, we are responsible for arranging the transportation and tracking of loads hauled by literally hundreds of regional and national freight carriers. This allows our customers more time to run their day-to-day operations.

We make it easier to find quality carriers that are proven to be reliable in hauling van, flatbed, end dump, and pneumatic freight. We are experienced in managing both rate negotiations and carrier accountability. Affordability, availability and reliability are key components to our customers’ success.
An Overnight Success, Four Decades in The Making

Since 1980, Alley-Cassetty Trucking has tailored freight logistics solutions for our customers and internal business units by placing customer service as our highest priority. Using our own dedicated fleet, as well as our network of fleet and individual operators, ACT has earned a reputation for excellence in the OTR bulk freight industry transporting industrial materials such as coal, salt, sand and aluminum waste.
Customized Freight Brokerage Solutions

In 2018, ACT united with twelve Alley-Cassetty Brick and Stone locations across Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee to form one of the largest in-bound masonry delivery operations in the southeast. Recently, we have expanded our service offering to include the construction, material and music industries.
Our customer engagement begins with a personal understanding of your needs.
Personalized Engagement
PHASE 1
We assign a relationship manager to each account to serve as your direct point of contact who will meet with you to understand your needs, arrange account credit, insurance paperwork and discuss initial routes and rates. During this trial period, we explore areas of potential need for faster turnaround of loads and/or lower costs for stock material in lanes where the need for additional assistance is required. During this initial phase, it is not uncommon for us to test the open market for optimal rates.
Dedicated Carriers
PHASE 2
After some period of success in securing stock material, we typically begin to secure dedicated
logistics carriers at pre-negotiated rates, increasing dependability and lowering price volatility.
Dedicated Relationship
PHASE 3
Success breeds further success and, if we do our job correctly, we would be honored to become
your primary freight broker.
